🚫 Individual Shipping Policy (Important)
At present, we do not offer individual or single-customer shipping.
This means we do not deliver personal orders to individual homes or one-off retail customers.
All deliveries are strictly fulfilled under:
- Community delivery programs
- Registered B2B (business-to-business) orders only
Orders placed outside these categories will not be eligible for delivery.
🚚 Community Deliveries
- Community deliveries are organized on a once-a-week basis.
- Orders from a registered community group or collective will be clubbed and delivered together on a fixed scheduled day.
- The weekly delivery day and cutoff time for placing orders will be communicated in advance.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, order volume, and operational feasibility.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery point during the scheduled time.
🏢 B2B Deliveries
Our B2B delivery service is available for restaurants, cafés, hotels, offices, institutions, and other registered business customers.
- Free delivery is provided for B2B orders with a total invoice value of ₹10,000 or above.
- For B2B orders below ₹10,000, shipping charges will be applicable.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery distance, logistics requirements, and order size.
- The final delivery fee (if applicable) will be shared and confirmed before order dispatch.
⏱ Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- While we strive to adhere to committed schedules, delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, supply constraints, or operational issues.
- We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries in such cases, with prior notification wherever possible.
📍 Serviceable Locations
- Deliveries are currently limited to pre-approved serviceable areas.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject delivery requests based on location feasibility.
- Please contact our support team to confirm whether your area falls within our serviceable zone.
📦 Order Handover & Responsibility
- Customers must ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the order.
- Once the order has been delivered and acknowledged, the responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
- Any issues related to shortages or damages must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
