If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date you receive the Goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the Goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us through a clear written or verbal statement using one of the following methods:

We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging and unused.

Non-returnable Goods

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.
  • Goods which by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
  • Goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Please send the Goods to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for Goods lost or damaged during return shipment. Refunds will only be processed once the returned Goods are received or valid proof of delivery is provided.

5. Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.
  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
